Salary: £27,352 (Pro-rated)

Coordinator – The Modern House & Inigo
Purpose
Seasonal Coordinators support our appraisals teams in selling remarkable homes during the busiest six months of the year. They support key business functions and work with colleagues across the commercial, marketing and product departments, ensuring we can deliver world-class service to our clients.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities are varied and include both client-facing and internal tasks, such as:
- Formatting and amending floorplan files as they come in
- Invoicing
- Supporting, creating and uploading listings to the website
- Creating and sending mailers
- Providing holiday/annual leave cover and support
- Sending terms to clients
- Handling appraisal enquiries
- Buying title deeds and Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs)
- Supporting all aspects of administration
- Answering the phone and responding to emails
Initial training will be provided.
Knowledge & skills required:
- Excellent administrations skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills (in person, on the phone and written)
- An interest in architecture and design
Preferable experience:
- Experience with Illustrator
Team
The seasonal coordinators will report to a manager in their assigned team.
The roles work alongside the permanent appraisals team coordinators and managers.
