The Grand Tour
A tall wrought-iron gate provides access to Perryn House and its communal gardens. The apartment lies on the first floor; inside, a bright entrance hall opens onto a serene sitting room, its bay window looking out across the gardens. An original picture rail traces soaring ceilings, while a contemporary mantlepiece is positioned where a fireplace would once have stood.
In the kitchen, neat white cabinetry provides ample storage space. There is a Bosch oven and microwave and a built-in breakfast table. A glass-panelled door opens onto a peaceful balcony.
The principal bedroom is illuminated by two sash windows with treetop views. An additional bedroom is currently used as a study. The plan is completed by a shower room and a separate WC.
The Great Outdoors
A private balcony is accessed from the kitchen. Residents also have access to beautifully landscaped gardens, filled with a variety of mature trees and shrubbery.
The apartment has a private garage as well as shared parking.
