The large bedroom is separate from the living quarters; west-facing and painted in ‘Lulworth Blue’ by Farrow & Ball, it has built-in wardrobes and French doors opening immediately to the garden terrace, perfect for morning coffee in warmer months. The bathroom is positioned to the side of the kitchen and is painted in ‘Arsenic’ by Farrow & Ball, with one wall clad in bright white ceramic metro tiles. Home to a panelled bath with a large rainfall shower and washstand, the room contains brassware in the Victorian style, plated in polished chrome.
The Great Outdoors
The west-facing private terrace is accessible from both the kitchen and the bedroom; it is perfectly positioned to catch the very best of the day and has a lovely seating area. The side return is also demised to the flat, with recent (but now expired) planning approved for an extension. Additionally, there is a shared raised lawn to the rear which is well stocked with mature shrubs and is the perfect spot for a summer picnic.
Out and About
Kingsland Road is conveniently positioned for the pubs, restaurants, shops, and cafes of both De Beauvoir and Dalston. The shops, galleries and restaurants of Shoreditch, Islington and London Fields are less than 10 minutes away by car or bicycle.
Dalston Junction and Dalston Kingsland stations are both a short walk away, providing transport links on the east/west and southbound branches of the London Overground. Buses run regularly to London Bridge, the City and West End directly from Kingsland Road.
