The Appraisals Coordinator is responsible for beginning every new client’s experience of listing their home with The Modern House. When clients request an appraisal with us, the Appraisals Coordinator oversees all administration and client service with a composed, courteous approach. The role requires managing multiple diaries, both internally and externally.
It is a largely client-oriented and office-based role, working closely with our Client Operations Manager to ensure our service is exceptional.
There is a creative thread to this role – the successful candidate will oversee the types of homes that list with us.
This is a demanding, fast-paced role, and the successful candidate will be able to effectively manage and prioritise concurrent tasks.
Responsibilities include:

Communicating with potential new clients in an efficient and engaging manner

Being a frontline ambassador for the company

Handling all appraisal requests, and setting up appointments for the appraisals team as quickly as possible

Managing and organising the appraisals schedule, working collaboratively with the appraisals specialists

Converting leads to appraisals

Ensuring that all appraisal enquiry data in is uploaded in a timely fashion to the database, and remains up to date and accurate

Managing and auditing client data in the TMH database

Uploading new listings to our website and property portals
